Please note: unfortunately, due to the age of the home, the fireplace is not available for use. Also the City of West Lafayette limits occupancy to either (1) one family and no more than two unrelated guests or (2) no more than three unrelated guests. The City requires submission of an Occupancy Affidavit stating the names and relationships of each guest. The West Lafayette Occupancy Affidavit can be completed when signing the rental agreement.
